KULTURA AT WIKA: A Seminar-Workshop on Philippine Indigenous Culture & Language is an outreach program to overseas Filipino communities & foreign nationals conducted by Katutubo Exchange Philippines. A lecture on indigenous peoples and their culture & traditions will be conducted with focus on their indigenous languages and script. This is in celebration of the Philippine Language & History Month.
